About my beads

     All of my beads are handcrafted by me in my studio using the highest quality Italian glass.  Each bead is carefully annealed at 968 degrees in my digitally controlled kiln for lasting strength and durability.   As they are handmade, no two beads can be identical, which is the nature and character of art beads.  I do my very best to produce sets with similar beads but there will always be slight variations in the beads.

Lemon Lime

    Bright citrus colors of lemon, lime and orange on moretti black for an eyecatching hint of color.  

Coral Ocelot

     This richly colored necklace is made with Morretti coral and Val Cox's Ocelot Spot frit - hence the name Coral Ocelet!  

 Snow Lake

      This elegant set reminds me of melting snow on an ice  blue lake!  

Taj

    Inspired by the Taj Mahal, this colorful string of  18 lampworked beads  boasts richness of color and texture.  Antique silver beads and sterling plate toggle clasp accent the array. 

   This necklace was inspired by the beautiful Swarovski Indian Sapphire sparkling crystals that are used to accent the seven lampworked swirl beads.

Crocodile Print 

Toggle bracelet featuring moretti gold lustre lentil beads in a crocodile "print" pattern.  Toggle and spacers are 10K gold plated. 

Leopard Print 

Set of lampwork leopard spot lentils and topaz spacers, accented with gold plate rounds. 

Raku Swirl

Toggle bracelet in Moretti black with swirls of opague color and raku accented with bronze glass spacer beads and gold plate toggle clasp. 

Watercolor 

These slick and colorful beads are very popular among my friends and family. I am currently working on an earth tone set.

Periwinkle Swirl

A very pretty, abstract set of perwinkle and purple swirls that reacted to produce shades of pink and blue as well. 

Peridot Prize

An elegant and simple set of beautiful Swarovski Peridot crystals and matching lampwork round beads.  This set sparkles!  

Violet Blue

This set is similar to above but made with sparkling violet Swarovski crystals and lavendar morretti lampwork beads.  The lavendar turns blue under florescent lights, hence the bracelet's  name Violet Blue!
